It will work with any modem, but speed will vary depending on line loss. For further information, refer to the installation guide for this unit.

No, the card delivers -24 V to the station equipment.

Should the unit be grounded through the ground lug or through the power terminal block?
It is better to ground the unit through the ground lug only. If both are used, it will cause a ground loop. The terminal block connection is provided only in case no ground bar is available and the ground from the power cable must be used. This method is not recommended.
